While a re-launch emphasizes introducing a product or service back into the market with renewed enthusiasm and visibility, a revamp centers on the internal mechanics of your business. Together we’ll reassess and improve backend strategies (brand positioning, customer experience, services, etc.).
While both a relaunch and a revamp aim to elevate the business, they target different aspects: the relaunch seeks to attract attention and engagement from the outside, while the revamp works to strengthen and optimize the internal structure of the business.

While all of our launch packages include consulting, our custom packages are specifically designed to provide guidance without a designated team to execute.
If you currently have a team or freelancers at your disposal to execute the plan, this package is a great choice! You’ll be assigned a launch strategist based on your needs and a timeline to work within.

What does your agency focus most on?
Building brand awareness and visibility as organically as possible. This is why collaboration is so important with our clients. We are not approaching our launches with heavy ads or advertising, we are finding the best ways to introduce you into the market using things like SEO, Google Business, social media, in-person events / pop-ups, and more. We leave no stone unturned when approaching your launch. Innovation is how we get clients to stand out! We use project management to develop easy to follow plan with goals that are measurable and trackable.
So, your team will launch everything for me?
Yes, and no. We like to consider ourselves a creative business partner. Your vision is essential throughout launch so we like to keep things pretty collaborative.
If you are looking for a completely “hands-off” approach, there is a possibility we aren’t the agency for you. However, we do have a bank of trusted experts we can recommend or bring into your project to accommodate specific needs. It’s worth scheduling a clarity call at the very least if you’re on the fence!
How do I know if it’s the right time to launch my business?
While there’s never a “right” time to step out and launch your business, we do recommend counting the cost before making that decision. An investment of even $10k is a drop in the bucket for business who is able to make almost $100k in their first year. Now, this isn’t always the case (and a lot of work goes into it if it is) but it’s possible. Count the cost and line it up with how much time and effort you can truly give your business over the next year. Is the investment worth it? That’s all dependent your goals! What does success look like to you? In our initial call together, we tackle some of those questions to see if our full service package is right for you! While your team carefully curated for you, there is a level of collaboration the owner of a business should have in the early stages of business (or during relaunches).
What’s the difference between a launch, re-launch package, and revamp?
Launch packages are typically created for clients who are starting completely from scratch. Example: Elevated Embers who came to us with a business idea, branding, and their mobile sauna ready to be rented! Our team partnered with them to bring the rest of their vision to life. From business development, building their service offerings, website, marketing plan, social media, and more - we were able to launch their business in 3 months and work alongside of them for over a year as they grew!
Re-launch packages are for those who have been in business but have yet to venture into certain markets or digital spaces. For example: Color by Jackie. Jackie hired us after more than a decade of working as a hair stylist. Most of her clients were referrals and most of her growth was made organically without an online presence. Jackie wanted to re-launch with a new logo, new website photos, a Google Business Page, and an Instagram page. She also needed administrative support to help with smaller tasks she didn’t have time for. Within a few months of her re-launch she was recognized by Tampa Magazine as one of Tampa’s best hair stylists! Since then, she has reached her goals of filling her books, retaining new clients, and building brand awareness both online and throughout Tampa Bay!
Revamp packages are for clients who have a business but need support restructuring, strategizing, revitalizing parts of it. For example: Bamboozle Restaurants. They hired us when they were moving into a new stage of business (opening up a new location and closing their flagship location). Bamboozle had a solid foundation for their business but needed help with their digital presence, content creation, business development, marketing, and more. Together we worked alongside their founder Lynn Pham to execute on her vision and give Bamboozle the support it needed during a very pivotal and transitional period.
What if I don’t need a full-service package?
For those who are ready to DIY and pull off their launch solo or with the support of their own team, we recommend the consulting & business support package!
What’s the difference between hiring someone internally and Willful Pursuit?
The team you hire at Willful Pursuit is fully trained and ready to tackle your business and marketing goals. Once you hire us, action is immediately being taken to execute launch your business. There is also a clear start and end date with a total investment cost you can plan for. The process is collaborative which allows you to have a hand in all areas of your business in the beginning stage and identify what roles are best to hire for post-launch!
If you haven’t reached the stage of hiring by the end of launch, there are opportunities to continue services with our team. If you’ve found someone to hire on, you may be eligible for our training add-on.
How much does a launch package typically cost?
While we can’t give an exact number (no two packages / teams are the same) we can give you an estimated base cost. Clients should be ready to spend $800-$4,000 dollars a month depending on how many experts are assigned to their project and how long the timeline is set for.
What’s the difference between a full-service package like this one and outsourcing my own freelancers?
A huge part of launch is ensuring everything stays on track and the vision is being executed week-to-week based on your goals and the project timeline. That’s why we pull from a bank of trusted experts and assign a launch strategist to every client.
Your launch strategist is there to support you AND your contractors. We built this structure to save you time searching and vetting service providers, communicating with multiple contractors at once, and all of the other tedious tasks that come with having a team! All of that being said, if you are not ready to tackle every part of your business at once and do a full scale launch, it may be best to hire a freelancer for micro projects until you’re ready to launch.
